When a play can’t run

Some plays need something from you first.

• “Make an offer” needs the campaign’s offer, in your own words. Add it in the Offer step.
• Some reel plays need a confirmed fact in Business profile → Brand truth. Add one there, or choose the play as a static or a carousel.
• Carousels need 3 photographed products, or a product with 3 features. Otherwise those posts become statics.
