The ten plays
Every kind of post Uticos builds campaigns from, and what each one does.
- Show the product or place
- Presents the thing itself — the product, space, place or work, shown.
- Set a mood
- Creates a feeling or a mood — a moment, a celebration, an atmosphere, an aspiration.
- Tell a story
- Tells a narrative with a subject and a sequence of events — a journey, an origin, a day, an interview.
- Tease, then reveal
- Withholds and then discloses — a teaser, an unboxing, a reveal, a discovery.
- Teach something useful
- Teaches something the viewer can use — a tutorial, a guide, a list, a walkthrough, a demo.
- Show proof
- Offers evidence for a claim — a testimonial, a review, a result, a before/after, a comparison.
- Make an offer
- Asks for a commercial action — a promotion, a discount, a booking, a pitch. Needs your campaign’s offer.
- Take a stand
- States a belief or a position — a manifesto, a statement, a stance, a quote.
- Ask your audience to join in
- Asks the audience to respond — a question, a poll, a challenge, an invitation.
